One which we've become all too familiar with, yet one which our society wishes would go away.

A victim of domestic violence lives in fear for her life and, in most cases, the lives of her children.

In addition to fear, a victim of domestic violence experiences feelings of isolation, embrassment, confusion and helplessness.  While there aren't any easy answers, quick fixes or immediate solutions, there is help.  No one should have to live with the threat of violence.  No one should have to breathe the air of terror.
